Where we deliver

We deliver to physical addresses throughout the Republic of South Africa. We do not currently ship internationally.

Delivery charges

Under R2,000	R100 flat rate
R2,000 and over	FREE

The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed.
Main centres: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Outlying and regional areas: 3–7 working days after dispatch.

Working days exclude weekends and South African public holidays. Delivery times are estimates. Delays can happen because of courier capacity, weather, load-shedding or other events outside our control. We will let you know if there is a significant delay.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you tracking details so you can follow your parcel.

Receiving your order

Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.
If the courier cannot deliver after reasonable attempts, the parcel may be returned to us, and a re-delivery fee may apply.
Please check your parcel on delivery. If it is damaged, or items are missing or incorrect, email us at info@hdnexushealth.co.za within 48 hours with your order number and photos, so we can resolve it quickly.

Risk and ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provided. Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.
