Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of www.hdnexushealth.co.za (the "website") and to every purchase you make on it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully, especially the clauses in bold, which may limit our liability or place obligations on you.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to buy from this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is true and correct.

3. Products and information

We try to make sure product descriptions, images and ingredient information are accurate. Packaging may change from time to time, so please always read the product label before use. Products are complementary medicines and health supplements and are subject to our Health Disclaimer.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
  • Prices and availability may change without notice, but the price confirmed at checkout applies to your order.
  • If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment in full.
  • Payment method: we currently accept payment by EFT (electronic bank transfer) only. Our bank details and your payment reference (your order number) are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
  • Orders are processed and dispatched only once payment reflects in our account. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 7 days.

5. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email and receive payment. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if stock is unavailable or fraud is suspected. In that case, we will refund any payment in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms, charges and timeframes are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Cooling-off, returns and defective goods

You may cancel within 7 days of delivery under section 44 of ECTA, provided the products are unopened and sealed. Damaged, tampered, expired, incorrect or defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act are not affected. Opened or used supplements cannot be returned for change of mind. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.

8. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

9. Privacy

We process your personal information in line with POPIA and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, including the Consumer Protection Act, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products, or from using products other than as directed. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for gross negligence, or any right you have under the CPA or other law that cannot be excluded.

11. Intellectual property

All website content, including text, logos and images, belongs to HD Nexus Health or its licensors, such as brand owners, and may not be copied without permission.

12. Unsolicited communications

In line with section 45 of ECTA and section 69 of POPIA, we send marketing only if you have opted in or are an existing customer, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

13. Complaints and disputes

Please contact us first at info@hdnexushealth.co.za, and we will try to resolve your complaint within 10 working days. If it is not resolved, you may approach the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (www.cgso.org.za) or the National Consumer Commission (thencc.org.za).

14. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If any clause is found invalid, the rest remain in force. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you place your order applies to that order.
